Mommy Dearest

Friday, October 20th, 2006

The city of Houston (I live in one of its suburbs, so I suppose we’ll be next) yesterday adopted a “no smoking” ordinance. I don’t smoke. Neither do I need a mommy to tell me I can’t go into a bar, restaurant, or other private establishment and get my lungs stuffed full of tar and other carcinogens if I damn well please. I’M A BIG BOY NOW!

What the ner-do-wells can’t purchase from the marketplace of goods or ideas, they coerce with the heavy hand of government. Many of them are booze slobbering, fat slobs who haven’t looked at themselves in the mirror lately to see their own faults and begin to take corrective action as they point their finger at others. And, I’m not pointing my accusatory finger at those who like to eat and drink to excess, for I myself have been known to do both. Yes, I looked in the mirror today…

Traitors And Bastards

Friday, October 20th, 2006

Their most visible example of late is CNN. Since Anderson Cooper of CNN has written that the decision of whether or not to air the coverage by Michael Ware of CNN of the execution of an American soldier by THE ENEMY was debated at “the highest levels”, we know that it wasn’t the lone act of a disgruntled low-life reporter and tape-pusher. If this is not the providing of aid and comfort to the enemy, I don’t know what is — and I do know the meaning of the word “is”.

Those directly responsible for this should be tried for treason, and upon conviction, sent via Old Sparky to be with their friends the Rosenbergs. Others, including CEO Richard D. Parsons, should, upon conviction of sedition, be stripped of all their assets, to be left to rue the day they were hatched.

Let them be made an example to the rest of their ilk, who with glory in two months turned Tet from an American victory to the ousting from office of an American president (Lyndon Johnson), and who are today trying their best to once again wrest defeat from the jaws of victory so that our military may once again be demoralized.

Their lineage is obviously not American. Since their parentage cannot be exactly determined. Webster’s (and I) define such scum as “bastards”.

They will only be stopped when We The People quit being concerned about Tiger Woods or Paris Hilton, and turn our attention back to the bums we put in office.

How Then Shall We Live?

All ways of man are not equal. Some lead to stability and prosperity, while others lead to decay and the death of any society which foolishly embraces them. Being no less vulnerable, nor no more intelligent than ancient Rome, we too are seeing the effects of embracing homosexuality in particular, and other forms of sexual deviancy in general as an acceptable way of life. And like them, if we do not turn from this path, we too shall go the same way as they — after decay from within comes conquest from without. We The People as a whole need to make such practicioners among us aware that for all of our sakes, we can neither accept nor approve of their behavior, and that there are certain areas of public life in which history teaches that we must bar them from participating as openly-deviant individuals, e.g., the military. (I include promiscuous heterosexuals as well as homosexuals.) No witch hunts, no burning at the stake.

That we may derive such pleasure from doing “what comes naturally” is icing on the cake. But, when you mess-up the ingredients which go into the cake…you mess-up the cake, too. Duh! The cake is our society. Whether it’s God’s law, as some would argue, or natural law, as others say, or simply just the way things are — history teaches that a society cannot condone anything other than perpetual heterosexual monogamy as the accepted norm and expect to endure.

We just had ten little girls gunned down by a (as far as I know, heterosexual) crazed nut who made claims of sexual issues in his written pre-confession to murder. We have also had a homosexual congressman resign after making lurid homosexual remarks online to youths in his care — youths who it appears may not have been so innocent in “the ways of the world” as to have set him up (he’s still guilty as sin). The congressman cited among other “causes” that he was molested as a young teen by one or more members of the clergy. The church has been rocked in recent years by homosexual scandal. The divorce rate within the church is higher than the unconscionable rate outside of the church — only because people outside of the church are not even bothering to get married and try to make a run at “til death do us part”. With so much instability and being used as weapons between their divorced parents, is it any wonder why our children are killing each other?

I don’t fault the Islamo-fascists for wanting to see us dead rather than to see our debauchery infect them. For reasons I’ve stated in a prior posting, they won’t win the current war — and regardless of our state of being — I don’t want them to win and will do all I can to see that they don’t. One of the reasons I stated for their inability to win is that we are still too “American” yet — we haven’t slipped far enough into the cesspool of our own making to be defeated by a bunch of third-rates. But, I also indicated that the Chi-Coms are more patient than the towel-heads. Even though I live in Texas and am being overrun by Spanish-speaking hordes, if I decide to get serious about learning another language (besides my native English) — it will be Chinese.

Oh…in case you’re wondering…I’m not a Bible thumper — but am a student of history. And, may I give you a reading assignment, to be discussed in an upcoming posting? Please click here for an article from World Net Daily.

Rep. Mark Foley Did What?

Sunday, October 1st, 2006

What he is alleged to have done, and resigned over (and therefore appears to indeed have done) is despicable. He needs to pay a high price for it. But, there’s something even more despicable in this picture…

Who has been the champion of licentious and lascivious behavior for the past thirty-plus years? While some — and as still officially one of them, I say way too many — of their ranks have been caught with their pants down, their hand on the bottle, and the like, Republicans as a group have not supported such behavior. In fact, they’ve consistently stood against it (with decreasing vigor). On the other hand, we have Tipsy Ted Kennedy, Bu-Fu’ing Barney Frank, and a host of other Democrats who whole-heartedly support the behavior which Mark Foley has committed — and they’re having one hell of a party over his downfall. Huh? What a bunch of hypocrites!

And, so are the Republicans — for putting up with it all this time — God forbid they should lose a seat over principles!
